business at the same location for over 30 years. To assist you with
your new home purchase we provide industry experts who have a combined
32 years experience and extensive training, because we know that only

We have a complete turn key operation at your
disposal, meaning we do all of the work for you. Our services include
financing and site work, such as; foundation, well, sewer, power and
all of your building permit needs. We do it all for you to remove the
head aches of a site built home.
We carry 5 different lines of manufactured or
UBC (modular) homes. With over 250 floor plans to choose from we have
the home that will fit your family and lifestyle needs. Completely
customizable, we give you the ability to turn a house into a home.
The homes we carry are built in a controlled
environment, removing the worry of weather damage to any part of the
home. All of our homes come with an Energy Star insulation package
that saves you money for years to come.
20th Century Homes are built by craftsman using
the finest materials with the highest standards. All of our homes go
through several inspection processes completed by the factory and
state inspectors to assure you, as a home buyer that your new home is
of the finest quality.
